D2C Brand Identity & UI/UX Design
Positioning, logo systems, typography, colour, packaging and interface design for D2C brands, delivered as source files you own.
System diagram · Identity system
Four inputs, one token set, one premium case.
Typography, colour, packaging and the mark are designed as one system. Pick an input to see what Panarch builds for it and where it reaches revenue.

Pillar 03 · Identity
Geist Mono 700 · 11px · +0.14em
What we build
A type scale with fixed roles (display, heading, body, label), each with its weight, tracking and line height written down as tokens. The specimen is Panarch's own system: Geist Sans at −0.035em for display, Geist Mono at 11px and +0.14em for labels.
Revenue link
When every product page, ad and box uses the same four roles, the brand reads as one company before the logo is seen, and a price above the category reads as intended rather than as a mistake.

Copper on the base surface measures 8.89:1 contrast, above the 7:1 WCAG AAA line for body text.
What we build
One token set (surfaces, text, hairline, accent) shipped as CSS variables, Figma styles and print references from a single source. Panarch's accent is sampled from its logo file, and the build check rejects any other accent hex in the code.
Revenue link
The colour customers learn on the box is the colour of the Pay button. Repeated without drift, a colour becomes an asset the brand owns instead of a choice it remakes per campaign.
Print layers
What we build
Print-ready dielines per SKU with cut, crease, 3 mm bleed, artwork and safe area on separate layers, so prepress can check each one on its own and the 3D render matches the carton that ships.
Revenue link
The unboxing is the first physical proof of the price. A logo trimmed by the cut or a headline folded across a crease is a reprint paid for twice and a premium the box fails to justify.
Construction · ratio 0.618
What we build
Marks drawn on a construction grid where every curve comes from a fixed ratio: here each circle is 0.618 of the one before it. The geometry ships documented, so the mark redraws identically at favicon size or on a hoarding.
Revenue link
A mark that holds at 16 px and on a shipping box keeps recognition compounding across every touchpoint, instead of resetting each time a vendor redraws it by eye.
Revenue outcome
Price held above the category. Every input resolves to the same tokens, so the packaging, the ads and the storefront make one premium case and the brand is never forced to compete on discount.
Method diagram. The type and colour values are Panarch's own production tokens; the carton and the mark are drawn to demonstrate the method and are not client assets. Client identity work is documented case by case in the portfolio.
Evidence
The problem
A brand that looks like its category competitors is forced to compete on price, because nothing in the packaging or the interface justifies a premium.
What we build
We define the positioning first, then design an editorial identity system and carry it through packaging and the storefront UI, so every touchpoint makes the same premium case.
Why it pays back
Distinctive, consistent brand assets are what let a D2C brand hold its price while discount-led competitors cut theirs.

FAQ
Brand Identity & UI/UX, answered.
We present 3–5 distinct directions. There is no fixed revision cap; we iterate on the chosen direction until it holds up across packaging, screens and print.
Yes. Full commercial copyright transfers to you, with every source file (vectors, colour codes, custom dielines) and no recurring licence fees.
Yes. A rebrand starts with an audit of the equity you already have, such as recognition and the assets customers associate with you, so the new system keeps what works and replaces what doesn't.
