01 // Engagement Framework
By engaging Panarch Digital, you enter into a professional architectural contract. We deliver proprietary digital assets based on milestone-driven sprints.
02 // Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, you own all custom code and designs we create for your project. If a delivery includes pre-existing components of ours, you receive a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, modify and redeploy them with your project, so there is no licence to renew and nothing that locks you to us. Open-source dependencies stay under their own licences.
03 // Liability Coordinates
Panarch Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from platform downtime, third-party API failures, or post-handoff modifications by unauthorized entities.
04 // Fees and Payments
Fees, milestones and any refund terms for an engagement are set out in its proposal or statement of work, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details.
05 // Termination
Either party may end an engagement in writing. You pay for work completed up to that date, and on payment you receive that work and the rights described in section 02.
06 // Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute. Questions about these terms: legal@panarchdigital.com.
