When D2C brands interact with our systems, we collect operational data necessary to architect and deploy infrastructure:

• Technical Audits: Current platform configurations, API usage rates, and bottleneck metrics.
• Communication Data: Name, email, and corporate affiliation submitted via our secure portals.
• System Telemetry: Anonymized interaction data via Vercel Analytics.

We deploy the collected intelligence strictly to:

• Audit existing monolithic architectures (Shopify, Magento).
• Engineer custom Zero Platform Fee migration strategies.
• Provision and maintain Architectural Operating Systems (AOS).

We employ military-grade encryption for data at rest and in transit. However, no digital environment is completely invulnerable. We isolate client environments using strict IAM policies and isolated cloud VPCs.

We do not sell data. We route necessary operational data through vetted infrastructure partners (e.g., Vercel for hosting, Resend for transactional email) who are contractually bound to strict confidentiality.
