A Journey from Struggle to Enlightenment
Kiran Singh Foundation is a trust registered under the Indian Trust Act of 1882 (PAN AAGTK3961N, CSR00110895), with its secretariat at 191/C, Tilak Nagar, Allahpur, Prayagraj 211006.
It runs four wings: a 40-seat student welfare cohort (37 enrolled for 2026-27), 34 rescued dogs across 4 shelter homes in Prayagraj, village development and women's empowerment (figures as published on kiransinghfoundation.org, 31 Oct 2026).
The foundation needed one public site that shows its statutory registrations, documents each wing, lets anyone report an emergency without creating an account, and gives trustees one workspace for scholars, dogs, events and dispatches.
Panarch Digital built the platform from scratch on Next.js 15 (App Router, server actions) with React 19 and Tailwind CSS, deployed to Cloudflare Workers.
It honors Late Kiran Singh ji, whose Ph.D. in apex felid ethology and analyst tenure at Arignar Anna Zoological Park (AAZP), Vandalur, are documented in the site's memorial archive; the roaring-lion seal references that research.
- A Supabase Postgres schema of 7 tables, all under row-level security, with a SECURITY DEFINER is_admin() helper and an anonymous-insert policy so the public can file an emergency without an account.
- An emergency intake server action that validates Indian mobile numbers, sorts each case into standard, urgent or critical, stores it, returns a pre-filled WhatsApp dispatch message with an IST timestamp, and alerts admins by email through Resend.
- A statutory registry (PAN, Income Tax URN, CSR, SRN, established 30 April 2023) rendered across the hero, footer and About page.
- A directorate workspace with 5 desks: intake triage, an AI-assisted dispatch editor, dog health and booster records, events, and the scholar roster.
- Gemini 2.5 Flash for drafting dispatches from field notes and for an on-site concierge, both with a 12-second timeout and deterministic fallbacks. Wings C and D are presented as charter content.

kiransinghfoundation.org went from first commit to production in about 18 days (40 commits, 8 to 26 October 2026). A sticky mobile bar gives one-tap call and WhatsApp SOS, the /emergency page quick-dials all 3 helplines, and a 12-test node:test suite checks that the PAN, URN, CSR and Trust Act details are present in the site data and seed.
